Summer beach trip

Last week, we took our summer vacation with Nate's parents to Seagrove, Florida. This was literally just about 2 blocks down the road from where we were last year and it was so much fun to take Drew and Harper back to the beach! As always, the Gulf and it's blue waters and white sand beaches were just about perfect. We spent about every day on the beach (the kids were in heaven) and went into Seaside a few times for lunch and ice-cream one night. 

My iPhone took an unfortunate trip into Eastern lake right by where we were staying (Andrew let go of the kite we were flying and Nate dove into the water to get it and the phone was a goner since it was in Nate's shirt pocket) So….I don't have a ton of pictures but here is what I do have:

We had such a fun time and were thankful to Nate's parents for being willing to share a condo with our (wild:) children and for giving Nate and I some time away to ride our bikes and get breakfast a few times. I am in "back to school" mode now that we are home as Drew started his first day of school right when we got back. Missing the beach already!
